  3. Use {{Confirmation needed|Department}} where a public source exists but the department has not confirmed it.
  4. Use {{Awaiting input|Department}} where no source exists. Never guess.
  5. Confidential information - safety procedures, HR policies, staff contact details - does not belong on this public wiki.
