Vallabhaneni Mohan Rao
Vallabhaneni Mohan Rao is an Indian businessman who is the Chairman of Mohan Spintex India Limited (MSIL), a vertically integrated textile manufacturer based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.[1] He is a director of the company as recorded with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.[2]

Biography
Mohan Spintex India Limited
Mohan Rao serves as Chairman of Mohan Spintex India Limited, alongside founder and Managing Director V. Sudhakar Chowdary.[1][3] The company was incorporated in 2005 and began production in 2006; it has since grown into one of the largest textile manufacturers in Andhra Pradesh, with more than 1,21,488 spindles and 324 air-jet looms.[2][3]
Community and education
In 2014 Mohan Rao was felicitated at a government school as part of the company's education initiatives.[4] The company's education work has included books for government schools in 2012 and, in 2025, the opening of Mohan's Sri Vijnana Vihara School.[5][6] See Corporate social responsibility of Mohan Spintex.
